Deleks VOLPE Offset Verge Flail Mowers

Deleks Volpe range of Offset Verge Flail Mowers are a multi-use sideshift flail mower that will cut and mulch and can be hydraulically angled vertically and down for cutting hard to reach areas.

Designed for compact tractors ranging from 30 hp to 55 hp.

Sizes: 1.2m or 1.4m or 1.65m

These mowers require 2 double acting spools on the tractor for the 4 hoses which then operate the left-right movement and the up-down tilt of the cutting head.

These offset verge flail mowers are ideal for cutting small twigs and branches (2-3cm) up to and around trees when used horizontally, making it suitable for working in confined areas.

When tilted up or down, the flail will cut slopes on either verges or ditches.

Finally, it can be set up to cut vertically for the sides of lower hedgerows.

The frame is made entirely from Swedish SSAB steel, with an electronically balanced Arvedi rotor, with Hardox hammer brackets and fitted with forged steel hammers.

The internal gearbox works directly behind the tractor or to the right of the central axis.  

The body is equipped with an internal curb which diverts the grass towards the rotor for a mulching effect.

With external belt tensioner and adjustable roller to adjust cutting height and side skids.

Deleks manufacture their mowers using Swedish steel, Hardox and Arvedi balanced rollers and use Lombarda cast iron Italian gearboxes.  Fitted with good quality bearings and drive belts, the process is then finished using a durable powder coat finish, which makes these stand out from their competitors.
